About the owner:
I’m Jennifer Jones, the owner and founder of Scope Business Support. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management and have experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial recordkeeping, and administrative support.
Scope grew from a simple idea: good business support should create relief. Business owners carry enough responsibility without having to personally manage every detail behind the scenes. My role is to take ownership of the work entrusted to me, understand how it fits into the larger picture, and give clients the confidence that it is being handled.
I’m detail-oriented by nature and practical by preference. I like clear records, workable systems, and knowing that when something has been handled, it has been handled correctly. I don’t expect clients to arrive with perfect books, perfect systems, or even a perfect understanding of what they need. We’ll figure out what’s needed together, and I’ll help to bring order to the chaos.
